Project: Home so sweet Home E.1

Wow! I really didn't realize that It has been that long since I posted here!

Yes I was Planning For a November wedding  but we had to delay it for many reasons… well I hate being grumpy so I will Jump to the happy part .. ^_^

The Season of Joy has blessed me with a gift which is Finding a nice apartment to make it OUR First HOME.. a week of hard work and non-stop decorating Ideas, we finally went with the oriental style (Damascus & Palestine flavor)  for our living room.

My Favorite corner has those beautiful Handmade Palestinian Stitches (Tatreez) Pillows, made by my Lovely Mother in-low, along with the colorful Damask mat I just LOVE IT! don't you? 

colors colors every where!

starting with the window lid  to those Persian sheets to cover the couch, the dark red with Ivory gave the room the taste that we seek and love..&  take a look at these colored ceramics Pieces on the wall those were made in Hebron (Al Khalil) my hometown in Palestine.. I had this idea in mind for so long.. Finally we got this coppery Antique lamp it just give an amazing relaxing mood.

 Happiness is meant to be shared, Merry Christmas and Happy New Year ♡

Countdown...

a wedding party to plan, a dress to be made on time and a house with our personal touch  all of these GOT TO BE PERFECT! so you can imagine how stress I get these days but having Fadi with me step by step has made every thing more exiting and fun to do!

Just today I received a wedding dress design from my future sister in low and I loved it so much so Check.. Party SECRET Plan is going so well so far , I can't wait to share it with you, invitation cards are being made by the two of us they will be ready within days :)

  as for our Home I got the first painting to hang on our wall it is so beautiful especially that it was made by my Fedi filled with colors happiness and LOVE.

expressing so many feelings all mixed together and fun to share except for my Bridzilla moments...
It's all Gonna be amazing I know that for sure :)

Our Dates Book

I love Gifts! especially when I'm getting it for someone close.

Yesterday we celebrated our engagement  first anniversary, I wanted a gift to last so, while I was checking Zeina Daily Style I found a lovely Mini Notebook and there I found my Idea a hand made notebook.. a calender where we will keep our important dates and days together then I matched it with a small cactus for Fedi's office.
Fedi was At the same page he got my Red Roses for my desk with a stamp ( made specially for me!) with our engagement DATE on it.

Another November :)

Yes, I 'm going to blog about November every year and it gets sweeter and sweeter
Starts with Fedi's - exceptional circumstances- Birthday, even though we couldn't go out to one of our special places as I planed but we had such a great day in a nice café  nearby my home and a lovely, fun night at home with my family.

can't wait til the 24th of November to complete my sweet month.

We were just sitting at home when Fadi decided to make something with my sister Hanin, so they got  their sticks, glue, colors and strings to start working.. first he made a  parachutist then they made a kite with their own touch..

Well we didn't fly it but  it ended up at my wall which got more colorful with Fadi's Japanese name on it!

Just got back from an amazing Bazaar... I'm going back home filled with extra ideas for hand made projects which I've been planning to do for my home to give it my own touch and taste.. wait for it soon.

My Own Angry Bird..

I think It was June 2011 when we got our  few days old duck Plus a smaaall turtle, Fedi and I called them (Batikha = watermelom) and the turtles' name was (Jebne= Cheese)...
Meet the baby Batikha back then..

It Is so fun to watch her growing so fast and now she gives an egg per day...eating those eggs was not an option it felt like a bad Idea somehow, anyway I got  my share of those eggs in a funny lovely way..

Not only this but he  sent an egg to France as a gift (Take a look at Bob Marley the egg)
